The FM 290 Grilled Chicken Salad is a must-have! I always order it to go since I work right across the street. The food is amazing. This restaurant chain has a great and diverse selection. Mouthwatering Steak Lunch. Stopped into Texas Land & Cattle Steakhouse for lunch the other day because I just couldn’t leave Texas without enjoying a great steak. It was about 11:30AM and the restaurant was pretty full but our waitress was very attentive and the food came out quickly. Since we are not from Texas we were not exactly sure what a house smoked sirloin was so our waitress got us samples. In the end I ordered a six ounce sirloin with peppercorn sauce a side salad and crispy fries while my husband had the house smoked sirloin with the smoked chicken tortilla soup and garlic mashed potatoes. The steaks came out cooked perfectly and extremely juicy and best of all everything that came with them was great as well. The food was delicious, the service was great, and best of all our meal was budget friendly!

Really like the smoked sirloin
Nice place but avoid the steaks – they are bad. The only reason I would recommend is the spicy ceasar salad and the sliced smoked sirloin. Service is spotty- sometimes very good and a lot of times not very good.
Mmmm….Steak. Good steaks from a kinda chain place. Always a good choice for a steak dinner. Predictable. The steak nachos are a menu standout. Happy hour has decent options and they offer a good beer selection.Always on the short list if I’m looking for a quick steak fix.
