This a gem of a restaurant in West Lake. The service is friendly and usually very efficient and the menu offers great interior Mexican food choices that you can’t find at other Austin restaurants. I love the smoked duck enchiladas and the poblano chicken enchiladas with peanuts ( Thai style?) for lunch and the chilaquiles for breakfast. This eatery is usually not very crowded, but I hope that soon changes– the food is too good to go unnoticed,
Very good, fresh, traditional Tex-Mex food. The salsa has a nice little kick to start the meal and the Ranchero sauce for the enchiladas is excellent. The pulled chicken in the tacos/enchiladas is flavorful and moist. This is the Mexican restaurant Bee Cave has been missing and I highly recommend it if you are craving delicious food!
