This past Friday on our way to the hill country to celebrate our eight anniversary, my wife and I stopped at Mimi’s Cave in the Galeria in Bee Caves. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The flavors were spot on. What made this visit extraordinary was the excellent service we received from Inta. Inta was friendly, attentive to us throughout the meal. She took serving our meal to a new level rarely experienced here in the US. I truly felt like we were in a European Cafe…which kind of makes sense since she is European. We will definitively drive across town for a repeat of this experience.
Went here with my in-laws because they very much enjoy coming here. Definitely no complaints. Servers were nice, food was excellent (chicken cordon bleu), and everything came out in a timely manner. Everyone seemed happy to be there. Felt like these guys deserved a nice review even though they are a chain.
