Very cute interior with a very friendly family running it. The owner greets you as you walk in the door and stops by to ensure you are enjoying your meal. Food is delicious and fresh. I have never seen this place full which astonishes me every time I go. Top notch food and service
Napoli’s is Great!. The owners are awesome! Food is fresh and good! It is much better than chain or franchise restaurants. It is a great local place with great food!
This place is fantastic. The food is great, as is the ambience. If you are looking for a spot to host an event, they are very accommodating and can hold a ton of people. Even better, they deliver! Their food is always hot and arrives promptly. Their pastas are the best, and you get a lot for your money!
Food is average. People there are nice
We have been to Napoli’s several times and it is great and frankly gets better every time! Very good food and great service.
Nice people, but…. The owner’s as heavy-handed with the backslapping (ummm, you’ve come over three times now and my wife would like you to take your hand off her shoulder!) as with the awful, canned marinara sauce. You better like that tinny, heavily basil flavor because they glop this sauce on EVERYTHING, and even serve it as a dip with the bread. It’s on the lasagna, the spaghetti, in the calzones, on the pizza…. I can still taste it, a week later…Oh, and they seem to think a Stromboli and a Calzone are the same thing (?)The thing is, they’re a nice bunch of people. They have a family-friendly place, and definitely make you feel welcome. But the food is just not very good — in fact, nothing we’ve had was as good as a Michaelangelos frozen entree.
Bummer. We waited a while to try out Napoli and we were very disappointed. Admittedly, it was takeout, but we drove straight home (5 min.) and ate straight away. We ordered 3 appetizers: Mussels in marinara, calamari and meatballs. 9.95 for EIGHT mussels. Yikes. Fishy, overloaded with marinara and just plain blah! 9.95 for Calamari that tasted like rubberbands…very tough (yes, we did drive them home but really)..tasted fine but extremely chewy. Meatballs (yes, the menu said 4)…3.85…a $1 per meatball, about 50 cent size…just ok. So, $25.00 meal that was absolutely sub-par….Michelangelo’s frozen lasagna would be a step up.
