If you are in a rush do not come here. The food here is absolutely awesome. I came here with my dad and my wife last year. We ordered the special of the day, lobster, steak and with Irish soup, salad and the desert. We especially liked the fact that the food is made on the spot, therefore the wait. Come here for the experience and the food and you will not be disappointed. suruchisinghblog.wordpress.com

Wonderful evening- ambience is romantic and lovely without being stuffy- family owned and operated and you feel that you are there as their guests- we dined on deliciously buttery- garlic escargot and seared to perfection filet mignons. The homemade Irish whiskey cake followed by whipped cream topped Irish coffees were the perfect finale- the meal was abundant and delicious and we are delighted to find this little gem. Welcome back to fine dining-

Thanks to Dave the cook, the charming waitresses and waiter for a superb dining experience of Chateaubriand and lobster for two. Everything was perfectly served and full of flavor. The lobsters were huge! The beef tenderloin was perfectly cooked and so tender.

Go for the experience – and set aside the calorie counting. I went here thanks to their Groupon offer. The food is wonderfully prepared and I have never met nicer people. They had a harpist, which was really nice – as he played Zeppelin and Neil Young. Know these things – The set dinner takes a really long time. They will serve you a TON of food. The soup is delish. The salad is rather gross imo. The steak is fabulous. Dessert is eh. So… from my perspective, it’s a combination of likes and dislikes, but the atmosphere and service really put it in the like category. i will say there is no way I would pay the full $175 for this meal. It’s just not worth it.

Best romantic restaurant ever. This restaurant is my favorite restaurant in all of Austin. Best food bar none, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is cozy and nice. When I first approached I was confused as it didn’t look as expensive as everyone told me. But the money goes into the food and service. Its awesome!
