It is not Tex-Mex but it is delicious. Tricia makes a Burger that I buy every time I am near. The Mimo Burger it a burger with a egg on top. My Girlfriend buys the shrimp PoBoy from her every time and probably one of the best I ever had. On top of that all her deserts are amazingly fluffy and delicious. Last but not least she just started serving soft serve.
