Very mediocre and expensive. We have driven by many times and saw the parking lot full. We finally decided to make a specific trip up from Wimberley since so much has happened here with the flood. There were many cars but we were seated right away. The service was good but we didnt even get chips and salsa, you have to buy it. The queso was different but edible. I ordered the chile ala parilla. The meat couldnt be cut with a steak knife, the rice was cold , veggies boring. My husband had the shrimp mojo and it tasted burnt and the shrimp was rubbery. I took my expensive food home to the dog and got a burger at Sonic. We have had far better food at Flores in Dripping Springs for much less money. I love trying new places and dont mind paying up for something special but this was bad.
