After ordering a pizza for pick up being told they told us that they sent our pizza to someone else my sister and I waited 45 minutes while they dealt with 2 other messed up order’s. We arrived home 1 hour later to find that they had not given us the right pizza again. Tonight we made the unfortunate decision to try them again. This time we ordered delivery. Once again we opened the box to find the pizza to be the wrong one again. Phone calls were made to speak with a manager who was unavailable. The owner was called and made it quite clear that it didn’t matter that this has happened twice. When asked what they could do to make this right we asked for 2 free pizzas next time. This offer was thrown in our faces. Needless to say dine here at your own risk and don’t expect the owner to care if there are discrepancies.

Pizza decent, but a rip-off. The pizza was decent, nothing to crow about, but I will not be going back here due to the cost and pricing practices. We ordered ONE topping as we always do with at least 20 different pizza places over my lifetime and we split the topping down the middle – half pepperoni, half olive. When we got the bill, they had charged us for two toppings. Now this may not seem like a lot, but we found it very sneaky, deceitful, and just plain wrong. NO OTHER PIZZA PLACE has EVER charged us for two toppings when doing half and half. The clerk argued with me about it for a few minutes and refused to give in. The customer is definitely NOT king here….see ya

Used to live close to the William Cannon location, went on & off for 5 years. Had a really good pepperonni pie the first time, never consistant after that. We DID keep going back, never as good as the first visit.

I NY. This really is the closet to NY style, foldable, by-the-slice pizza around. They also make a great meatball sub.

2nd best pizza in Austin. Again, I’ve lived in NY, wife is from there….I think we know a little more about pizza than most in Austin–as well as folks that have visited NY…maybe even some that are also from there…we think some of you may have forgotten what real NY pizza is like! As for Yaghi’s, YOU HAVE TO GET THE EXTRA LARGE or else, for some reason, your pizza will just be a little too doughy and crusty and not in a good way…it’ll end up tasting like all the other places in Austin trying to do NY style pizza. That being said, with the extra large you get a really good and even amount of good flavored cheese and sauce…not too much of either, that could offset the flavor, the pizza sauce has a good flavor, could have a bit more spices but again better than most places in Austin whose sauce is usually a step above Chef Boy Ardee and not always that good! The cheese tastes like cheese, not like plastic ya get at most places…ahh, almost tastes like I remember it. Greasy yes, but remember with those big NY slices ya gotta fold em to eat them…yes the grease will drip down but isn’t that part of the NY pizza. experience? Almost as good as Hot Slice (what usetta be Slices and Ices on the drag), but should do for NY in a pinch. Best pizza in south Austin hands down. The gyros and salads I’ve had there have also been really good!
