After passing the Restaurant for the last 5 years without ever going in we gave it a try .. What a great service, low prices, tasty food and big portions. Hands down one of the best places in the valley despite the beaten looks … Don’t repeat my mistake and pass it .. go in and enjoy!!

Disappointing. Ate lunch there today. waiter recommended their carnitas. food was tasty, but meat had much gristle. server brought chicken fried chicken instead. very good flavor, but little meat -mostly breading. their beans, rice, potatoes were all very good, but the meat a problem. if you only eat their sides, you’ll fare well. otherwise, i would not go back nor do i recommend.
Great Place!. I go to Big Daddy’s every chance I get, and I always get the same thing: the #16 Chicken Bacon Club with a T-lemonade (otherwise known as an Arnold Palmer)! This place is amazing, no matter if you go for breakfast or lunch, plus it’s not very expensive compared to other places you might find for similar quality food. Either locations (the one listed here on the Frontage Road or on Boca Chica) are equally fantastic, though the smaller and original one on Boca Chica Blvd. is slightly nicer, with a more family-oriented atmosphere…the one on the Frontage used to be Hooters. 🙂 But both are great places to eat!
