We were staying in Brownsville for the Rio Grande Valley Birding Festival and stopped at Cobblewoods for lunch. I ordered a salad with grilled vegetables and my husband ordered it with grilled chicken. It was one of the best salads I ever ate! Lots of fresh crisp lettuceand wonderfully seasoned grilled peppers, zucchini, onions, carrots and mushrooms. The service was super attentive and friendly. The view and the vibe were lovely, looking out through big windows on water. There is an outdoor dining area also. We liked the food and the service so much that we came back for dinner a couple days later.
