I was in town on business and wanted to try something off the beaten path. I read reviews about Gazpachos and decided to try it out. I had the Gazpachos ceviche which was fresh and delicious. The big draw though, was the poblano soup! Oh my! There arent words to describe the flavors. Put it this way…I couldnt stop thinking about it, so on my lunch break the next day I went back for a bowl of the soup and the delicious bread and cheese spread. I cant wait to go back to Brownsville to visit Gazpachos again!
