At 3:00AM, this place is great!. At other times…yeah, not so much. I tend to not review chains, but this particular IHOP leaves much to be desired in the way of service for much of the day. After a midnight premiere of a movie at the nearby theater, however, it gets better. I don’t know if that’s because there are only older folks there who can’t sleep or something, but the service perks up when new arrivals come in the dead of the night. So, my recommendation would be to watch a movie at midnight at the mall and then hop over to the IHOP (I couldn’t resist) for some grub! Any other time of day, avoid it like the plague unless you want to be ignored by your server(s).
