Bad experience about 85% of the time. I realize I’m the Starbucks customer everyone hates (very particular) but that’s no reason to give me attitude. Staff is rude, forget half of my order (and then basically ask why I’m still standing here,) make my drink wrong, no common courtesy (can’t say ‘you’re welcome’ when I thank them for making my drink)… it’s always something here. Unfortunately, this is one of only two Starbucks in Brownsville and this is the one on my way to work. The last thing I want to do is start my very early mornings off with rude people at Starbucks. Called to make a complaint to the manager and even she had an attitude. I will be going out of my way to the other Starbucks on mornings that I do go in order to avoid this atmosphere.
