Toughest veal schnitzel I have ever attempted to eat. Recommend for Bavarians on a diet.
Confererence Call. An evening meet for dinner by a large function, the Brauhaus was well received and put on a nice buffet. Tucked into the old downtown of Bryan, we enjoyed the old styling interior of the German themed restaurant. The place is actually much larger from the outside appearences and did well to hold 50+ of the gang in the upstairs venue. Food, although prep’d for the buffet was delicious and hard to imagine, this is where my 5-yr old ventured to try something beyond a chicken nugget… who knew she liked Wienerschnitzel? Well done and if we’re back in town we would try again.
This place is absolutely amazing! By far my favorite place in college station.
Liked it. Schnitzel was excellent. Server was fast. We will go back.
Nice place. Have visited twice now. Service sucks but I really like the restaurant. They provide a basket of bread with cheese spread, but it’s good and hits the spot. Good German beers. I’m not an expert on German food but I’ve always enjoyed the meals. Great atmosphere too! It’s the kind of place you can bring a good German girl too, have some beers and eat some good food.
Brauhaus adds some variety to the somewhat limited food options in College Station. I really like German food and I can get my fix here since New Braunfels and Fredericksburg are a little far.
It was fabulous…service was great….I was born and raised in Fredericksburg and this restaurant deserves more customers….even if their web site is down:-)
