Wow! Ate here 12/9/10 at 1400. I placed a precise date and time as it’s possible my experience was related to the staffing at the time. I’m a hamburger junkie and am relatively easily pleased. I’ve read good reviews of Burger House and was anxious to eat here. This was, without a doubt, the worst hamburger that I’ve ever paid for. Ever! The meat was overcooked, dry, bland and just lukewarm as if it had been reheated. The bacon was dry and tough. I mean, it was really hard to chew. Certainly was not made at the same time as the burger. (Or, maybe it was, hours earlier.) I also felt as if I was disturbing the staff from their cellphone texting by wanting to order. It’s certainly possible that this was a fluke. But, I won’t be going back to find out. Damned shame. I wanted to like it.
Delicious Bulgoki Burger. Good bun, fresh trimmings and hot off the grill bulgoki burger. The bulgoki had a mild soy sauce flavor, it was delicious. They have great regular hamburgers and fries as well, but I like the Korean style bulgoki burger the best.
Best Buns EVER!!!!!. Before you go to Burger House there are three things you need to be aware of…1. A fresh, homemade, lightly grilled bun will take your taste buds on a journey unlike any you have ever experienced!2. Fresh ingredients (vegetables, meat, and buns) make all the difference in the world.3. The patties are made with higher quality meat, sirloin if I had to guess, and seasoned to perfection.I took my girlfriend here for a nice little date night and she was totally blown away! The fresh vegetable bar reminds me of Fuddruckers and the burgers are seared and are served extremely hot, so hot, that if you order cheese if will melt before you sit down at your table. If you enjoy the burgers at the Chicken Oil drive a little bit further down the street and order the best burger in the Brazos!!!!!!!
