Been going here after Aggie football games for ’bout 20 years – well before it was called Casa Rodriguez. My roomie worked here when we were students. It says something that he still wanted to go back after starting his real career. The food has always been great!
Great restaurant. Have tacos, burgers, jalapeos, beers. The atention are good and fast. They have mexican food. The place are big and confortable with nice staff.
This place use to be great. Something happened recently that’s brought this place down. I got a chimichanga cause I love theirs, I was eating, took a big bite and I found myself chewing on a toothpick. They didn’t take it out before they served it to me. I called the manager over to let her know and she said that they have to put toothpicks in there to fry them and keep them together, then she just walked away. I know that ma’am. Your business should have taken the toothpick out before I choked on it!! There was no apologies, nothing. BUT THAT DIDNT KEEP ME FROM GOING BACK. I went back and the next time I went back two of the people I was with got food poisoning. Then I found out from 2 other couples at my church that they have gotten food poisoning as well from there. I haven’t gone back and I never plan on it.
