I liked it a lot before this afternoon. the patio is closed after a certain time, which is fine but I wish they would make that more apparent before you lose your place in line to park. I had my son with me so I thought it would be easier to wait on the patio. At first I got ignored on the patio, so I walked over to the line of standing people and cars to wait. my son is 1.5 years old, so that didn’t last too long. I went back to the patio to ask if we could just wait there and keep our place behind the vehicle that was in front of us. now you might think- why didn’t you just get back in the car and get in line again? The thought crossed my mind but 4 cars had pulled up after where we were standing. I got permission to wait on the closed patio. When the car in front of us got their order the attendant took our order. I waited for a while, and eventually my son couldn’t resist the siren-call of the birds across the street any longer. After catching him before he ran into the parking lot I looked to see where our order was- they were serving the 3rd car back from our place in line. No exaggeration, I waited 30 minutes from when we first were told we could wait on the patio. I don’t mind waiting, but to be ignored with a squirmy toddler who didn’t get a sno-cone pisses me off.If you didn’t want me to be on the patio, I wish they would have said so- instead I got some passive aggressive jerks who were going to let me wait it out. no thanks.
