Tried it for the very first time since moving to Bryan. I had their sausage…it was dry and seemed like it had been made some time ago and was just kept warm ready to serve, the Carol’s Veggie Plate was AWFUL…the batter used on the deep fried veggies was hard and STALE, the two types of corn bread plain was way dry and flavorless, the Jalepeno was dry as well.HUGE disappointment! My husband liked the steak fajitas.Spent $42.00…A LOT FOR BELOW STANDARD food.Don’t waste your time or money…should have gone to the Feed Barn.
We really liked the brisket! You can order it marbled if you like it that way. I do! Great dining experience, great food.
Brisket and sausage were decent, sauce a little to thick for my liking, but the cream corn…. Oh my, the cream corn is delicious! Order meat plate, and you self serve all the sides you want. Very nice.

Best BBQ in the area! The sides are buffet style and everything is good with or without sause. Known for their corn (Joe Allen Style) but steaks, burgers, and smoked meats are all exceptional!
The BBQ is really good but the sides are amazing, especially the cornbread!
