Excellent Food!. I’ve been eating at Jose’s for more than twenty years and it remains my favorite restaurant. The food is always delicious. The kids and I would get the chicken fajitas for take out and that was always a family favorite. I guess I need to go call in a carry out order now!
Delicious!. One of my best girlfriends and I would make weekly trips to Jose’s – always getting the Spinach Enchiladas. They’re absolutely to DIE for, probably the freshest spinach in town. Jose and his brother are almost always on staff and stop by tables to make sure everyone is enjoying their visit. The dining room is cozy, and I’ve never seen or met anyone who didn’t seem to be enjoying whatever they ordered off the menu.
Best Mexican Restaurant Ever!. Jose’s is the very best restaurant ANYWHERE, EVER!Food melts in your mouth and cannot be matched anywhere by anyone.Better then Mom’s cooking.
A timeless classic…. My family and I have eaten at Jose’s since it was out on HWY 30. The Mexican food is simple and perfect. Never too greasy and seasoned just right. Fredriko’s took some staff and recipes from Jose’s and did a nice job, but now that it’s unfortunately closed the choice is easy.

Bad queso good tea service. Sexy waitress not at all like lubys more like hooters without the wings.
Jose’s reminds me of a Luby’s with mexican food on the menu. This restaurant might as well be in Colorado.
