First of all let me start by saying that I have always heard great things about this place so when I finally went I was VERY disappointed!! Love the atmosphere and bar area and the staff was very attentive but the food was not worth paying for. I ordered the carne guisada lunch plate and it was horrible. The meat was in big chunks as were the potatoes and the meat was so tough that could not cut it with a butter knife. I have never had carne guisada so bad in my life!! I will never go back!!!!
Unbearable Slow Service.. We ordered two breakfast migas plates. We waited 50 minutes for our food. The waitress came to our table twice to inform us the food was coming soon. Finally she came and said it was taking long because they ran out of migas and she didn’t want us to eat the old food and fresh was being prepared. Migas are just scrambled eggs with corn torillas, peppers and cheese. It would take me about 5 minutes at home to prepare this dish. Then we finally ask her why we hadn’t receive our food and she said they didn’t skip orders they had to prepare them as turned in, which was a lie. Three other tables arrived after we did and all had their food. We ask to speak to a manager, the manager was busy we were told. OH MY… The food finally arrived and it was not hot it was luke warm. Please do not go to this restaurant, unless you can wait an hour for breakfast food.

Our waitress was really sweet and attentive but when our tortilla soup and gorditas arrived they were both cold. The soup was bland and pretty much only soggy tortilla strips. The gorditas had be fired in to cold of oil because they were soggy grease dripping pale bombs.Thee end don’t waste your time or precious money because that’s 20 bucks I will never get back don’t make the same mistake.
