How unfortunate. We ordered cheese sticks and they were cold. We told the waiter and it took almost twenty minutes to get new ones. I ordered a pepperoni and meatball pizza but what arrived was a pizza with unseasoned beef crumbles on it- no pepperoni. Very disappointed. The worst service we have had in a long time. I hope they get it fixed because it could be a great place.
Hubby and I are here on Valentines Day. 19 years ago we ate at the original Bruno’s for our first Valentines Day meal, and I will say that this was just as special of a dinner as that one was. They were busy, but our food came out very quickly considering. Lasagna was as wonderful as it always is!!! Great restaurant and delicious food!!!!
Hate it!. One day my boyfriend and I decided to try this Bruno’s because it’s really close to our house. That was a mistake! It took them an eternity to get out some simple spaghetti, they didn’t get it right, and I have to say it was the most bland spaghetti I’ve ever eaten.Terrible service and worse food, I won’t go back.

Brunos is the Best!!!!. My first taste of Brunos was at a local high school event where Brunos was catered. The lasagna was good and the homemade rolls were even better! They are Huge!!!! I also enjoyed their salad which was full of tomatoes, cheese and green olives with iceburg lettuce. A couple of weeks later I decided to try the restaurant on Old Jacksonville since I drive by there weekly. The service was super and the atmosphere was really nice. We ordered pizza and it was delicious. We also sampled the spaghetti and meatballs which disappointed me. The flavor of the sauce reminded me of something out of a can and the meatball was on the dry side. Overall, Brunos is the best pizza I have tasted in a long time!
