First few times I have been there it’s been pretty good service- not great but ok and so so food. Wasn’t impressed but seeing that there’s not much else to eat in Bullard you kind of have to revert back to them or starve. But after those first few times both customer service and the food sucked. Btw keep in mind that they have multiple employees and of course not all of them sucked but a few in particular did. Rather rude and never apologized for messing up my order and forgetting things I ordered. It was actually like they made it seemed like it was my fault and if I want it come back but they’re to busy to deal with me so I will have to wait until after their rush. First off I was polite the first time and complied, and was at first the second time. But I was so angry and put off by this person that I basically told her she shouldn’t blame me when all I did was order my food and picked it up. It’s not my fault they screwed up. Same response- to busy will have to wait till after their rush hour. I said no I’m not going to sit and wait till your rush hour is through. I will go stand in line till it’s my turn and when it’s my turn you can go grab me my things! So rude will never go back. I’d rather starve and if the owner is still now the current owner you need to check your employees in the front every so often. So if you want crappy service and ok food thus us the place!

WTH?………I said mustard not mushrooms. I will not be back and probably will stop going to the Jacksonville one as well. Never been somewhere where the whole order was screwed up.17 Mar, 2012It has went downhill since they first opened. Beans not good. Service was not great. Burger was dry. Onion rings were burnt up. Did the original owners sell out!!!

We just had Legends for the first time tonight. We all had the burgers and fries and they were delicious! The place is a simple homestyle cooking joint. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definetly go again.
Legendary Burger. This is another place I was told about by a co-worker who lives in Bullard. The last time I was there it didn’t seem to be quite as good, but man, if they’re usually on like they were the first few times I went they’re hard to beat! Everybody has their off days, so I’m not counting them out just yet.
LEGENDS BURGER CAFE. When you go to Legends on the square in Bullard, you will get the very freshest food for a good price. There are complimentary pinto beans & free drink refills while you wait, They grind all their meats on-site and cut every french fry and hand-batter every onion ring & country fried items. Nobody in these parts of Tyler do things the old-fashion way.
