Great and huge portions!. I have ordered delivery several times from Two Brothers in Carrollton at the 35e location. I ordered the Lasagna, strawberry cheese cake, and liters of Diet Coke. I couldn’t believe how generous the portions were when they delivered it! The lasagna comes with free salad, dressing of your choice and breadsticks! They always have delivered in advance of the time they estimate, and it’s totally hot! I really am pleased with them! It’s plenty of food and at reasonable prices!
Mixture of good, bad, so-so. Staff was friendly, helpful to first time visitors. Started w Greek Salad. The house dressing is a thousand island derivative and very good. They piled on the feta very high on the salad. Huge kudos for being generous instead of skimpy w that, yet the disproportion made the overall salad extremely salty. Scale the cheese back a little and would have the desired balance. Dinner guest had the baked ravioli (beef). The marinara by itself was flavorful. The ravioli w the sauce was okay. The ravioli by itself, not great–the beef inside was bland. I had a 3-ingredient pizza. Had high hopes based on oth reviews, yet unfortunately was underwhelmed. i.e., the pizza was grossly undersauced, the ingredients were just okay, making for a pedestrian overall pizza. The cheese gave the pizza it’s only moisture, and it was just alright. It was not bad or terrible, there was just nothing that said ‘fresh’ or ‘solid’ about it. Just average. Not slamming it, wasn’t anything to speak to the mgr about, it just wasn’t anything compelling to come back soon. The first time in a long time I didn’t bother to box up the leftover pizza, which is something almost always done. Overall, thumbs up on service and salad dressing. Fair overall on ravioli, average on pizza. Will try others in area before making return trip here.
What an AWESOME place!. These guys are sooooo awesome! The pizza is so great and I love the House salad is yum yum yummy! I love the beers they have and the service is quick and friendly. Did I say the beer was supoer cold. Some say that Brothers over off of N Central is better because oif the ovens. I say NO! The pizza at Brother’s on 35 is better because Fuad and the Fellas care sooo deeply about the science of great Italian food. They are the Einsteins of Italian! Bellissimo!Sue B
Great pizza! Classic NY style. Crust is awesome. I like when the employees of a restaurant serving Italian food are speaking Italian. To me this just authenticates the experience as legit Italian.
You wanna know what is wrong with this place? NOTHING! Get it? The pizza and calzones are super duper, freshly made and tasty. The beer is cold, the salads fresh and crisp…I want to go back NOW! Vegas31 Aug, 2010BooYa Good Pie!. This joint is a little gem (not Little Gym) in Carrollton right off the highway. If you can find it, you will be oh-so-glad because Fuad and the rest of the Pizza Pros really know how to sling their dough! The salads are also awesome if by awesome you mean really big and full of good stuff! I cannot think of one thing they do not do well. I drive from my hut in Dallas to eat here – right past about 3 dozen lame-o pizza holes – just to get my mitts on some of that greatness! Their fresh garlic and spinach pie is awesome as is their pepperoni & mushroom. You will like this place if you have any tastebuds alive in your yap. If you are of the Cici’s persuasion, why not skip this palce and settle in for a hot pocket or something more up your ally? This place is for people who like pizza!Vegas
Bar none the best new York style I’ve had in Dallas. I’m talking the giant slice you fold in half and grease. Pours down the middle. The pepperoni is the best. One slice is enough so def get two!
Simple, Perfect, Pizza. I love Brother’s Pizza. It’s just a simple formula that’s hard to mess up, and hard to beat. Therefore they are my favorite pizza joint in Texas (and I don’t throw words like that around lightly).Without a doubt, the best topping is sausage. I don’t care how much you love pepperoni, you must try a slice of sausage. Their lunch special is great; 2 (large) 1-topping slices and a drink for $5.50 -and that’s with tax!The crust is soft yet firm. The sauce isn’t overpowering. The cheese levels are right on track (and I’m a cheese lover). Again, perfect pizza.
