Einstein Bagels are my benchmark for good bagels. They are firm but chewy on the outside and tender on the inside. Each type of bagel really delivers on it’s flavor. I love cinnamon raisin, blueberry, asiago, and 9-grain. The schmear’s they sell make the bagels that much better. Try strawberry schmear on a cinnamon raisin bagel, yum… Toast a 9-grain with cream cheese or butter. Love it…While I love their bagels, their food service is marginal. Mornings are packed, but lunch is always empty, which speaks to the popularity. I have tried several different bagel sandwiches. The bagel thins are my go to lunch. It’s low cal and has decent flavor. they do not do them justice with the food they offer on the bagels. Service is very different between breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is a well oiled machine. Lunch has no staff and they are not attentive and make ordering mistakes.

These are NOT bagels! They are hamburger buns with a hole in the middle. Vegas
Solid.. Always happy with this place. The people that work here are very friendly. Do it.
