This is the second time we have had a large group gather at Italian Villa in Carrollton and again, we couldn’t have been more pleased. We had 13 adults and 9 children gather together after not seeing each other for a long while. Jackie handled everything beautifully and made this night special for all of us. My friends, family and I will certainly make this a prime spot to visit. The pizza and the entrees were all superb. Thanks much Jackie and Italian Villa.

This was good Italian. Good size portions and great tasting food. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. Although I did not try it, the pizza looked really good. I will definitely try it next time. This is a good choice.
Decent Italian actually. Good sauce, real cheese, good sausage, and decent breads. The portio size was very generous. Many menu items are less than the stated $10-$15 range. It’s a very clean, quaint place. Friendly staff. I’m glad we tried it. The menu is online.
I had expected to find a pleasant experience at this Italian restaurant. The majority of the reviews were favorable. Unfortunately, mine is not. The night started off great having the stuffed mushrooms and spinach artichoke dip. They were both quite tasty. Then, things went south. The waiter didn’t take our order until well after we finished the appetizers. Then, over an hour later and several baskets of bread later, the food finally arrived. And paying $15 for 4 lobster ravioli that was gummy and not very good at all. My roommate’s chicken parmesan was even worse. It tasted like metal and was honestly worse than hospital food. Having worked in hospitals for 10 years I can say that with confidence. At least the free dessert was good. It was free because of the terribly long wait. And like my boss said, it was only good because it wasn’t made there. Bottom line, I won’t be returning. Nor will I ever recommend it to anyone else.
Nice atmosphere, food decent. This seems like a knock off of Joe’s pizza. Menu and food were so similar. Food was fine, not great. If you want Joe’s food in a nicer atmosphere, go here. If you just want Joe’s food. go to Joe’s. Service was not good either time I’ve been. A waitress took my my entree to the wrong table, set it in front of someone and left. When the table realized it was the wrong dish, they called her back, the waitress took the plate right off their table and walked over and set it front of me. No thanks.
