It’s What You Expect It to Be. Lin’s is a buffet. The food and experience appropriately match the style of restaurant. The inside layout is quite nice. Each of the buffets are well kept and stocked. The tables are cleared within minutes of pushing it aside. The service is divided into two experience. If they are wearing a colorful shirt (host & checkout), they will be nice smiling and pleasant. If they are wearing black pants and shirts, it will be robotic with zero eye contact or pleasantries. Don’t expect your drink to be refilled. Talking to them gets no response. They just walk away. The food is not great especially the meat dishes. The Kung Pao Chicken and Broccoli Beef were fatty and gristly. The sauted dishes contained too much grease. I did not enjoy my lunch and would not make a return visit.
