Best Affordable Sushi in Carrollton. I discovered Masu in late 2011 and have been a fairly regular customer ever since. Best Specialty Rolls: Lotus on Fire, Honeymoon, Pyramid, Blazing 151 and Amazing Spider. The regular Spicy Tuna roll is a great staple, as well. Their sushi is full of flavor and always fresh. The rice is cooked perfectly, not too hard, not too soft. I also enjoy taking advantage of their Happy Hour sake specials! $1 for small, warm sake M-TR until 7pm. The service is excellent and the staff are very attentive during your dining experience. Definitely give this place a try!
First time here. Would come back. Panic roll was good, but spicy!!! I loved the Honeymoon Roll!! Beach roll was good, but can be overpowered by the ginger. Would come back again! Service was excellent!

This is Dallas’s best kept secret as far as hibachi grills go. I’d prefer if no one else visits because then there won’t be lines out the door. But then you’d all miss out on great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere.
Absolutely Wonderful!. I have eaten here many times and I have always had wonderful, fresh food. The rolls are so great that it is hard to pick a favorite. The Dragonfly roll is great. If you want something more filling try the Music Crunch Roll. They are a little similar and both great. Other rolls I have tried that are all good are the Fire Cracker, Ichiban, Lady Bug (my favorite I think), Long Beach (no rice), Mr. Hebron, Sunset and Volcano. Can’t say enough great things about the good and the service just wish they were a block away.
