The atmosphere is the best part…. The food was mediocre and the service was similar. Refills of drinks were few and far between. The queso is fairly bland and is reminiscent of microwave dinner queso. The broth in the chicken tortilla soup was on the salty side. Our special request for queso instead of Chile sauce was not honored. When the entrees arrived, the food looked great! The taste was lackluster and quite disappointing. I will say that I was told the shrimp was well cooked by a person in my party. I asked to see the dessert menu but our checks arrived instead. I don’t see myself returning.
Good service and food for the neighborhood. Just ordered to go $60 worth. Ribeye fajitas not med rare as requested .Seemed precooked. Disorganized bags per order Nonetheless. Good food.

My thoughts on menas. I would just like to say this place is beautiful inside, the food is excellent, and the people make you feel like your home away from home, ive never had anything but good experiences here, if your into drinks try a classic blue Hawaiian, the bar tenders know me and just keep chips and salsa coming, i mean come on people this place blows uncle Julio out the water, you wont find a better place to enjoy some top notch tex mex
Great place to bring your kids. I eat here frequently with my local family. My dad introduced me to this restraunt when I moved to Dallas, as he has been eating here for a while now. The staff are always very pleasant, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is great for a date, a family meal, or even just to spend time with good friends. I will always recommend Mena’s to anyone.
Friendly service. Food was decent as was the price. The tilapia plate looked good. I’m going to try it next time. Tonight I was in the mood for enchiladas! Overall Grade: B
