Michoacan Tortas Y Pupusas is a little dive taqueria. Not a ton to look at , but a good local place to stop in or take out some pretty decent quick Mexican food. The area there is more known for all their little Asian restaurants and this little Mexican/central American restaurant is kid of hidden in among them.
This is a regular for me to get take away Mexican food. My usual order is a pound of chicken fajita meat, small rice and beans. The meat is tender, moist and seasoned perfectly. The corn tortillas are fresh and kept in coolers to keep them warm and ready. They give you plenty onions, lime, cilantro (when it is safe) and salsa.This is also a great shop for all things authentically Mexican! I buy wonderful Maja soap and talcum powder and cajeta. The only reason there is not a 5 star is it hotter than heck in there! justeatitup.com
