NEW MANAGEMENT GREAT SERVICE. As of a few weeks ago, a new manager came aboard. She is very friendly!! If you experience the bad manager before pleasego back and give them a try. The pizza is very very good! Fresh and Fast! Don’t be afraid of the bad reviews!!
Great place to eat, they are under new management and food has taken a step up in taste. I would recommend this Place to any true pizza lover.
The Carrollton location has very poor customer service. When ordering they put me on hold and when he returned to the phone I was rushed to complete my order and he didnt want to answer any of my questions. I will never spend my money at this particular location again.
Where the customer is always wrong.. We viewed online menu, called order in and picked it up. We later noticed that one pizza had red onion on it that was not ordered. When we called to notify the establishment, the manager told me that it was my fault…..that I should have expected red onion to be included on a buffalo chicken pizza. I explained that I looked at it online and ordered what I wanted, he was demeaning and continued to say it was my fault. The manager wanted to argue, he said that he wasnt responsible for my lack of computer skills and inability to accurately navigate the web.After paying full price for wrong pizza, we were told our only option was to pay $5 (for a SMALL!) replacement pizza with the additional requirement that we must provide the driver with a good tip.We live close and go there all the time….the food is good, but the customer service is horrible. If you have an issue with your food or visit, there is nothing that can be done. The managers do not know how to deal with customers.
Flavorless and over-priced. What a total disappointment. Called management and they did nothing. Almost the worst pizza I have ever had. Save your money and get a frozen pie!
Palio’s pizza is the only pizza I will willingly eat. I love that they offer a variety of crusts. For those with dietary restrictions, there is gluten-free. Those who want to have their pizza, but make it as healthy as possible, try the wheat option. Also, it’s BYOB. What more could you ask for?
