One word..Mushrooms. Mushrooms, fried mushrooms! I can eat these all day. HUGE chicken fried mushrooms, hot right out of the fryer! Hungry just thinking about it.
Don’t judge a book by its cover. Sid’s Rainbow Grill does not look fancy or modern, but the place is clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. I wish we lived closer so we could visit more regularly.I had the chicken salad sandwich – it had big chunks of chicken. The fries were freshly cut (and tasted like Jersey shore boardwalk fries!).
Great burgers and fries!. Rainbow Grill makes the best burger in Dallas. The ground beef is hand shaped, not frozen pre shaped and the fries are cut right in the restaurant from REAL POTATOES. Yes, their fries are fresh cut, real potato fries and so good. The jalapeno chesse burger is my favorite. Also, good shakes, malts, chili and Frito pie. They have homemade cakes and pies too. They’re only open for lunch and usually sell out of the daily special.
First time. Had my first Chicken fried steak at this place (yankee from Buffalo). Nothing to compare it to, but I did enjoy lunch.
