Service Makes the Difference. Service is so important for fast food to distinguish themselves from the crowd. This location is brand new and recently opened. Everything is crisp, clean and presents very nicely even the landscape outside. The orange and yellow is very loud but well done. Service is below par. Neither person working the register said hello, welcome or cracked a smile. It was all robotic. When my name was called to pick up my order, I said thank you. The person handing it to me did not talk, look me in the eye or acknowledge my thank you. Once the poor service got into my head, I started looking for issues like uncleaned tables and cheese stuck to the bottom of my tray. The burrito was middle of the road. I found the tortilla a bit doughy. The super taco was really good. I loved the crisp taco that did not break apart. There was lots of beef in every bite. I won’t be back though. I can get the same food elsewhere and be treated like I matter.
