CEDAR HILL,TX. Family of 8 were told to call in and get a will call style seating to relieve some of the wait. We arrived and were told by the Hostess that our wait would be appropriately 22 minutes. After waiting an HOUR I decided to walk the floor and inquire. Now this is Christmas and my Father in Laws event. (why I took so long) Aside from the bar there are only two large C booths, all the tables are fixed seating with exception to four 4 tops in the center. Concerning fire code and comfort the four tops could not be effectively set up. HERE YOU GO. 1. They lied about seat time to an egregious point. 2. Insufficient wait staff for the massive patronage on this day. I believe 3 were present. 3. The available C booth was given to a family of 4 since the waiter was being run to death. 4. At no point was a manager present AT ALL. 5. Families were waiting and tables were cleaned an available. All of this due to inadequate wait staff. We are now at TGI Fridays. Our group of 8 were sat after 20 minutes of walking through the door. After reading all the reviews on Yelp and this site among others it has been made VERY apparent Cedar Hill,TX Applebee’s SUCKS ASS!

If you want grocery store frozen food microwaved to your delight then this is your place! Yuck!
