Unbelievable. It’s 515 on Friday and they have no beef? How does a place called burger island not have burgers? Huge disappointment. Decided to give the place a try but it is so poorly ran they have no burgers even though they told me they were headed to get beef that means u could have went earlier if this is a sign of quality they are in trouble. Definite let down
The food is good customer service skills are horrible. I ordered one thing and the charged me for another and I came in already 10 min b4 closing time so how would I call when I got home? Ur closed buddy! He said that they were ther cleaning and I should have known that! He said that he didn’t care about me coming there twice a mnth and he didn’t care about losing my business! His point was I got what I paid for and not asked for! Damn shame

We went into Burger Island on friday evening, it was my second time from years ago and my wifes first time,She ordered the double bacon cheese burger,I ordered the Double Jungle Burger,We ordered from the nice latino gentlemen at the front counter,and when the food came out LET ME TELL YOU>>>. This is literally one of the biggest burgers I have ever eaten in my life.I could not pick the burger up,I had to (sad to say this) use a knife and fork .Never in all my years has this happened it had cheese mushrooms jalapenos onions,and all that good stuff,DOUBLE MEAT = 1 pound PLUS w/ toppings on it. My wifes was the same double trouble ,lol . IM sorry for the negative review from previous person ,maybe an off day but damn it was good …. NEW FAVORITE BURGER SPOT………………
Dodge this bullet! burger island more like burger graveyard! The counter staff was attentative. Was cleaning then went back behind the counter waited on us, didn’t wash your hands.Two latino men sitting around, one looking in your mouth as we ordered-no greeting, just staring at you! looks like he need a bath! got up from the chair and went back in made our foodWithout washing his hands. Told the counter staff that we hadn’t been there before, she then asked if we were ready to order. Duh! We havent been here, but we order the basic stuff. Combo doesn’t include fries, but you don’t know that until you get your burger! Another $5 later, soggy fries in abundance. So needless to say, this joint is a joke…. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Best burgers ever. A friend told me this location have great burger, and Boy! was he right. The burgers were sooooo big I could hardly finish it. I had the BBQ burger and it was packed with flavor. Just thinking about the burger is making my mouth water. The fries were also great. They reminded me of my mother’s homemade fries, well seasoned, hot and overflowing the plate. The decor needs work, but who cares.This is now my favorite burger spot.
Excellent 1/2 pound hand patties burgers. Hand cut fries too, can get onion rings or sweet potato fries on meals too with no extra up charge.
