We come here quite a bit and the food is good. But they’re very slow. Tonight they messed everything up, we ask for manager but there’s no manager on duty. Absolutely no sense of urgency on Friday night.
I have been going to Chapps for about a decade to three different locations. I get the same thing. I just picked up my salad from the Cedar Hill locations and McDonalds has better salads for less money. I will post a pic. We called and the girl blew us off. Think I’m done. Too much competition with better quality and customer service.

Love this place. Awesome food!!! I go to the one in Cedar Hill and I love their burgers – staff is very friendly – if you have not been try it once and you will be hooked! See you there:)
