Based on reviews we decided to give Bolli Brothers a try while in Katy for an athletic event. Everything we had was fresh, made-from-scratch, and tasty. The BBQ Chicken and Nerdy Girl pizzas were very good.
Honestly I don’t see why it has good reviews. Pizza is just not spectacular and very average. The place is not nice. The service was not good, we had no attention from anyone.
Great local family-owned pizza place. American favorites and Italian style pizza too. Definitely better quality and taste than national chains.
Overall good pizza. Byob for dining. A little bit of a dive, but they do a good pie.
