  Peperroni Rolls were outstanding! Definitely a surprise for Texas foodies! Had the pizza as well ordered sausage which was tasty – would wish they had spicy sausage but red pepper fixed the spice! Lots and Lots of TV’s – service excellent – lots of draft beer choices as well as bottles!

• Great Beer Now!

  Few things go together like pizza and beer and while there are countless restaurants that offer pizza and beer on the menus, only a few specialize in these companion food and drinks. One of them is Center Court Pizza and Brew, a chain with several Houston area locations.We have visited other Center Court Pizza and Brew restaurants, but only recently became acquainted with this location, in the Richmond/Katy area. Center Court Pizza and Brew is a sports bar of sorts, and this location features a large number of televisions, a full bar, and games. Seating is tables/chairs plus there is seating directly at the bar. With so many televisions, most anyone can watch what they like and they will change channels if you ask. Center Court is best known for its pizza and when we last visited, we ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Its made with hot wing sauce, chicken, onions, and ranch dressing and is good overall. The herbs on the edge of the pizza crust add an extra touch of flavor and a large can feed two or three people. By the way, I recommend getting large rather than medium because it costs only a couple more dollars and provides a good deal more food- enough that you could end up with leftovers to take home. We also enjoyed the Pepperoni and Provolone Pizza Rolls- cylindrical, rolled pizza rolls with dipping sauce. They can serve as an appetizer or as a meal by themselves. Moving to the beverages, the beer selection at Center Court Pizza and Brew is quite nice, with draft and bottled craft beer options. They even offer special deals on buckets of beer, reducing the per- bottle price down to surprisingly low levels. I was able to find several beers I hadnt tried previously, or had not tried in a long time. They have other drink options, too, so everyone is satisfied. Center Court Pizza and Brew is a fun place to take the family and is best for groups of people who want to watch sports while they eat and drink. I like the food and the beer selection and the atmosphere is cool. Our service could have been a little better, but I learned that our waitress was new to the job and still learning, so I give them a pass this time. So, when all factors- food, beer, drinks, atmosphere, and service- are weighed, Center Court Pizza and Brew earns an above average grade and I recommend it for your drinking, dining, and sports viewing needs. greatbeernow.com
