Surprised. We have also loved this place. We have not ordered for delivery before and it was not the same experience. We ordered at 7:00pm on the website. The earliest time it showed available for delivery was 7:50. We thought that was long as we have small children but we knew it would be worth it. We received an email confirmation saying it would be delivered at 7:50. At 7:55 we received a call from a vey nice girl that asked if we wanted extra cheese. I questioned that the pizza was supposed to already be there and she said it had not even gone in that they were an hour behind. I asked to talk to the manager and she said he said he did not want to talk to anyone because he was busy. When he got on the phone he was rude and tried to blame it on the sweet teenager I had talked to. She has no control over the online ordering or his understaffing. He asked what I wanted him to do, make the pizza cook faster and compared their busy night to Hurricane Katrina. I am guessing people losing their homes doesn’t compare. I was shocked at the rudeness. He said it would be another hour and I should wait. We have small children and 2 hours with no notification of lateness we canceled. Had someone called and said we are so sorry we are running behind an hour I might have understood but the rudeness of the manger caused us to go elsewhere and we will never order from here again.
BEST PIZZA EVER! The employees are very kind and it’s a great place to get some FRESH and DELICIOUS pizza! I’ve had many pizzas in my life but Mazzei’s Pizza is a place that I can’t stop going to!
Great and will keep going back!. This place is great! Not only is it right by my house but the pizza is amazing! mozzerela sticks are so good too and come in a great portion. They offer 3 different sizes with the pizza so if you want a small personal size just for yourself thats never a problem! garlic bread sticks are dangerous b/c you will get addicted!

Great pizza and great employees! I dined at Mazzei’s for the first time today and loved it! I went with my kids and orded the cheese pizza. We also ordered the Predatore (all meats) pizza and the food was fresh and tasty. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and kept making sure that we were taken care of. Will definitely be back!
Favorite Pizza in Texas. Love, love, love, love Mazzei’s!!! The pizza is delicious, the employees are friendly, and they deliver. They’ve recently opened their expansion for additional dine-in area and now serve beer and wine.
