Purchased an eclair, chocolate mouse cake and a Boston cream cupcake. They looked great but the taste was disappointing. All had relatively little chocolate in the recipe. This is not the place to satisfy a craving for chocolate.
It was ok, I had the Reece’s pie and wish I got something else as soon as I took my first bite. I was expecting to taste Reece’s as in the brand candy chocolate. The filling did not have the right texture. It felt over whipped and almost runny. The crust was excellent. I got a cupcake to go so hopefully that makes up for the disappointment of my cake.
Outstanding Gender Reveal Cake. Can’t begin to describe how wonderful this cake was. The cake was strawberry with a strawberry mousse filling and frosted with the chocolate butter cream – obviously we are welcoming a little girl to the family. Everything about the cake was decadent to say the least. The cake is generously sized and serves at least the number of people suggested. Well worth every penny spent. Be sure to put your order in several days early if you want something special.
