I was basically run off after being seated because a larger group came in.. After being seated on Mother’s Day, one of the waiters asked my mother and I to move down a few seats because a large group of over 15 people walked in, and the staff felt that they needed to be accommodated even though there was not enough room at the table. We moved over and several minutes later another waiter aggressively asked me to move over a few more inches so he could squeeze in an additional chair at the corner of the table. Finally, there were 12 available seats and after they were taken by the group, 5 of their people were still standing. This service was obviously very Unamerican, almost as Unamerican as the members of the staff. They couldn’t get my order drink right. The salad portions were about half of what they should be and they didn’t even have enough soup to go around. Messages to management: 1. Do not order customers around.2. Make sure that you can provide the service before you offer it.3. If you want to fill more chairs then lease a larger space or rearrange what you have.
