Texas is famous for a lot of amazing and well-deserved reasons, but nothing says Texas quite like the incredible food traditions that are loved around the world. Howdy's was born in 2016 when a group of College Station, TX friends asked the question; with all of the different styles of pizza out there, why isn't there an official "Texas-Style" pizza? So, we went on a search and found nothing! In bold Texas-style, we decided to make it happen ourselves. We spent over a year and a half perfecting the process and recipes for making our Texas Grill'd Pizza. We call it "Flash Grilled" pizza and we combine with Big, Bold.
