Great service! Food was very good! Balanced spices and flavors that compliment the good food not overrun it. Shrimp appetizer was excellent. I had BBQ ribs that fell off the bone, corn on the cob was real good! I even saw a lot of other items I would like to try on my next visit. The food is reasonably priced for the quality that you receive. Definitely will be back soon!
I really enjoy Napa Flats, although I do agree that it seems a tad pricey. Regardless, the food has always been excellent and I have never had a bad experience here. It’s a great place for birthday dinners and celebrations and the wine was excellent!
My family really likes coming here. The wood-fired pizza is great. I’ve had the carnivore, Brazos BBQ chicken, and the truffle date pizzas. They are all delicious. They also offer gluten free crust if that’s your thing.
I ordered the truffle, date, and prosciutto pizza ($14) and it was the most amazing pizza I’ve ever had. The menu is slightly pricy, but j can see it being a nice date night in College Station. The service was pretty good- it seems as if they only hire attractive people in their 20s.. The decor was okay: dimmed lights, but not a lot of artwork or decoration.. The menu consisted of pizza, pasta, steaks, and others. Overall I enjoyed the experience and can’t wait to try more on the menu.
Food is good but not great. Prices are fine but service is far from acceptable. I’ve given them multiple chances since the opening but it just doesn’t get better. Tonight was the second or third time when I’ve been here that I had to get up, walk to the beverage station and ask for a refill. Clearly the waitstaff was too busy flirting with each other or attractive customers to notice the restive the paying customers. When I’ve asked to speak to the manager, I get a desert or appetizer comp’ed but never have had a chance to speak to the manager & let them know about poor service. I’ve emailed the customer service folks but never gotten a reply. Too many great places in town to waste your time and money on this place. It’s a shame, I want to really like them but a half dozens times is enough.
Not so impressed. I have driven by Napa Flats many times and decided to stop by today for lunch. First impression was very modern and chic. All the patrons seemed to be businessmen and women. I felt underdressed, but my hopes were good that the food would fit the atmosphere. The first thing that felt wrong to me was the waiter attire. Classic white button down shirt tucked into blue jeans and tennis shoes. My girlfriend and I ordered sweet tea for our drinks. The tea was very odd tasting; sweetness level was fine. For an appetizer we ordered their meatballs. A good bit of the meatballs were very undercooked. The meat was very bland. The sauce it came in was decent, but the meatballs had absorbed none of the flavor. My girlfriend ordered the caeser salad and i ordered the broccoli cheddar soup. My soup was edible at best. The soup was watery. The broccoli was mush and had absolutely no texture. For our entrees, my girlfriend had ordered the carnivore pizza and I order the bbq chicken pizza. My girlfriend’s pizza oozed of grease from the meat and the bottom was scorched. My pizza was cooked decently, not too burned. It was covered in cilantro which I normally trust no restaurant that dumps parsley or cilantro on their dishes. Our service was okay. My tea was never refilled until after we finished our entrees. I watched our food sit on the counter for several minutes with our waiter no where to be found. Finally one of the other waiters noticed our food and brought it to our table and our waiter finally came around much later. All in all, I will most likely not be going back.
Wonderful place… Excellent food. I am not sure what the 3 negative reviews are all about. My wife, daughter and I just had the very pleasant experience of dining there. We each had a different dish and all were perfectly cooked, seasoned and nicely plated. The waiter was very helpful, personable and prompt. We are definitely going back!
