Im tying to decide if I like Rosas or not. I was very hungry and this was one of the only places open late besides the normal fast food options. Once I walked in I was immediately reminded of Taco Cabana. Not necessarily a bad thing. I ordered the cheese enchilada plate and chips/ queso. My main complaint would be that the food wasnt delivered hot. It was luke warm and the tortillas were cold. The food itself was pretty tasty. Surprisingly the plate didnt come with rice, which is pretty standard for most Tex Mex plates. And even though this is definitely a quick service type of establishment, my meal was served on a real plate and with real utensils. (Not disposable) And, the queso was actually pretty good. I think if your are looking for something quick and that is a step above fast food, you will be happy. If youre expecting more than that, you would be better at a Chuys or something on that level.
