Very Good Food & Atmosphere. Ruggeri’s is a nice looking place in the village of Colleyville. As soon as you walk in the door, you will be greeted with a hearty hello. It probably will be the owner. The servers know their menu and do a great job of guiding you through the choices. The food is good. We were a party of ten, so we ordered several different entrees. The Salmon special was a huge hit with everyone. The crab on top was a nice touch. I had Pollo con Peperoni. The Marsala wine sauce made the dish. While I like Ruggeri’s, I am disappointed at the phasing out of BYOB. Cork fees have gone from $7 to $14 to $20 as they started selling wine on the menu. I will be back, but only for special occasions. The pricing is hefty.

Very disappointing experience. Food is good, fairly priced, great wait staff….owner is a different story. We’ve frequented this restaurant for a number of years and have spent a considerable amount of money. We will NEVER go back and we tell anyone we can. We stopped by one evening for dinner. Although they take reservations, we have never had a problem walking in. We were seated, ordered a bottle of wine, 3 appetizers, 3 entrees, 3 deserts and coffee (well over $150). While we were eating our desert, I noticed the older gentlemen (the owner) walking back and forth several times. While drinking our coffee, he stopped and stood in front of our table. I asked him if needed something, he pointed to his watch, pointed to the bar, said he needed I clear the table….we were there for less than 45 minutes total. Very unfortunate, as we did enjoy dining there. The hostess noticed what happened, tried to apologize to us, too late….we’ll never go back.

Eloquence is an Understatement. Absolutely beautiful restaurant. Impeccable service mixed with an absolutely rustic and genuine feeling in the atmosphere as soon as you step inside. Delicious food that is rivaled by none. Absolutely worth trying and most definitely a place to return to.

Awesome place! Food is always a five star experience; always cooked to perfection. Service is impeccable! Waiters and staff are always so sincere and polite, it’s a very welcoming visit and has drawn me back to it several times. Maurice is a delight! I would definitely recommend this fine restaurant.

I have traveled through Italy and I must say this is the best Italian restaurant I have enjoyed in several years. My wife and I make sure to celebrate special occasions here. The food and service is first class.

Great Italian food, great Italian style dining-not rushed, and great setting. Long term, excellent staff. Great local find for us.

WOW!!! Forget the chain restaurants!!. This is a phenomenal place that no chain restaurant can match. THe owner greets everyone, knows the customers by name, and we always end up leaving with a free bottle of wine! Our personal waiter. Jani, is the best. worked and top places such as The Mansion…forget the chain restaurant garbage… if you want something special..this is the place…they have a lady on an electric piano playing music and taking requests…the owner meets everyone..if you read a negative review about this place…..those are people you don’t want to hang out with….this is our place of solitude…..LOVE IT!!!!
