I had only been to one other Snuffer’s and that was at Southlake. While the looks of the restaurants were similar, this one was half empty. The host asked me if I wanted to sit at the bar or in the restaurant and I took the latter. She sat me at a table right under the air-conditioner which blew the napkins off of my table. I grabbed one and the other blew to the floor. I wasn’t about to complain, but let me warn you it was about 90 degrees and I could have worn a sweater. Another couple were placed behind me. As soon as the hostess left, they moved to another table to escape the draft.I tried the Bleu Cheese Bacon Burger with everything (tomato, red onion, lettuce). It came on a giant sesame seed bun. I ordered it medium and it came to me with a definite pink center. The burger was good, not outstanding. Everything is a la carte here, so I ordered the fried pickles, which were stellar. They had a lot of coating and were fried to a golden brown. No seasoning was necessary. It came with a ramekin of ranch dressing, the flavors melding nicely. Service was decent. My server brought me refills on my tea and came out once a few minutes before my burger arrived to announce that she was not forgetting me and the food was coming. There is no chance of being bored as there are lots of televisions scattered about for viewing. They have a large patio, but is was too warm out today to enjoy.Snuffer’s is a decent choice. Their menu is is limited to burgers, sandwiches, salads and soups, but is a good choice in an area of many dining possibilities.

Good food and friendly wait staff, but they shouldn’t use the greasy kitchen mop in the dining room and bathrooms. Slick floors are dangerous for staff & customers and greasy shoe prints all over the polished concrete floors are gross.

One of the better burger joints in the DFW area, the one in Colleyville opened a few months ago and we’ve been in 4-5 times already. We like this one better than the one in Southlake largely because it hasn’t been as crowded. We’ve had our grandson with us on 3 of the occasions and the same waitress for 3 of them as well. She’s been excellent, noting that she is the mother of young ones as well. Suffice it to say she knows how to deal with a situation. We did have one occasion that was not as good, the appetizer was delivered late and a couple of glasses of water were spilled in front of us. We know they’re still training a few new staffer, but all in all, I’d still say that it is pretty good!I will warn that they tend to cook the burgers a little on the rare side, so you may to request different. Cheese fries are greasy goodness and I like the new Sweet Potato Bites, fried bits of sweet potato… yum! There are plenty of TVs hung throughout the space… it is, after all, a burger joint and sports bar.
