Let me first say that I’m not a vegan. I’m not even good at eating healthy….BUT Falacos taco balls are simply delicious. They’re gluten free and non-GMO, and she strives to use organic ingredients in all that they can. Courtney Weidner is the owner and is an absolute rock star of a person. You need to check them out whenever you can. Although from Conroe they’re in Houston regularly and you just can’t miss that lime green food truck. #Falacos
