Utterly disappointed. My girlfriend wanted to take me here for our anniversary, I hadn’t been here before so I wanted to check it out. She got off work a little late so we didn’t get there until 9, we knew they were closing at 10 so we would just have a small dinner. We were greeted with the host telling us immediately that they were wiping down the hibachi tables, so we couldn’t do that. How hard would it be to wipe down the table when we were done? Ridiculous. So we decided that we would just eat some sushi, needless to say we were disappointed already. So we gave them another chance and ordered our food. The calamari was delightful and we ordered a chicken and steak plate, the chicken was tender and sauced well. Steak wasn’t medium rare like we ordered. But the veggies were good. The sushi was decent, the shaggy dog was the best.. But wasn’t good enough to look past the horrible attitude of the host. Will not go back.
Service was terrible. Sushi was good I was the only patron at 2:30. I was seated at the Sushi Bar. I ordered one of the sushi lunch specials and a hot sake. The waitress brought my drink & never gave me my choice of soup or salad — I had to ask the Manager and he brought the miso soup (it was great). I never saw the waitress until she brought my check & credit card. I had given it to the Manager since she disappeared after my drink delivery! Sad excuse for a waitress. I will not be back.
Great Food. Great food! Great Chef! The atmosphere was romantic, the service was great! ONLY problem was getting seated. My reservations helped greatly, but the hostess didn’t even ask for reservations until about 15 minutes of standing by the door!
Good food. The chefs are great. The food is wonderful. The atmosphere is lacking compared to some other Japanese restaurants. Not my favorite, but nice.
I would like it more if the service wasn’t so bad. They have alot of room for improvement on service. Sushi is great.
