Went here once and that will be it. Love hibachi and had driven by here several times. Made a planned stop on a trip and was more than disappointed. We arrived a couple hours before closing. Seems that they insisted we do hibachi in the bar area. That was a big mistake. The food was not very good (probably not prepared to order), the sauces poor and the service virtually non-existant. We had to actually get up and chase down a server for a soda refill. The bartender might have been helpful but he disappeared after we hadn’t ordered alcohol earlier.There’s a Benihana down the road in The Woodlands, with similar prices, that seats you one minute prior to the posted closing time – at a grill table (we have watched it happen – they opened a table for one couple that walked in at 2159). The sauces are flavorful, the food tasty, and the service attentive. Oh yes … and they do a fantastic Chicken fried rice instead of the usual fried rice. Very tasty!Not messing with these folks again. Love the name though!!
