Had the Tuesday Special- BBQ beef, BBQ chicken, cowboys beans, cole slaw and potato salad, and cornbread. Beef was good, chicken must have been marinaded in something- didn’t care for it. Cole slaw good and fresh- potato salad was ok, but I loved the beans! Those beans and cornbread would make a great meal by themselves.Service was good- quick, friendly.

The horrible service outweighs any good food here. 3 visits. 3 bad experiences. 3rd time we didn’t have to pay for our meal it was so bad. We won’t be back.
Get the bandito’s. OK OK we went and we did. the bandito’s were great and the bread mozzarella left me almost full before getting my meal.The wait for food felt like an unusually long wait but it could have been that we were just that hungry.James ordered the Kobe steak med rare. Not only did it come out well done but it was most certainly not Kobe. I ordered darn close to everything it seemed. My plate was great. I think we will have to go back and James try something different before deciding if we like it or don’t.

Passing by and stopped in cause of smell. Great athosmphere and good wait staff. Friday night prime rib. Good flavor and cold beer. Banditos are worth it!!
Great Family Restaurant. My family loves Prairie House. They are always quick to seat us, kid-friendly and for the most part the wait staff is very attentive. The Banditos have got to be the best appetizer I’ve ever had. I’ve enjoyed each meal I’ve had there and the cornbread with the jalapenos in it is wonderful. I just wish the restaurant wasn’t so expensive. For my family of 4, we spend 80 dollars on dinner there, tip included. Based on the price, we can’t frequent it as much as we’d like but when we have extra money to dine out, Prairie House is usually our first choice.
