I tried their food at the Great Texas Food Rally. This food truck is wonderful and the prices are great. Try the Boudin balls.
So glad I found this place. True Southern Louisiana cooking! The crawfish were perfect! Pistolletes were pretty good- I wish they were shrimp though. The place is pretty small, and you can bring your own beer if you want.
